Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the TCS Pune website and to repair, support, pickup/delivery and related services provided by Total Computer Solution.
Service Scope
TCS Pune provides diagnosis, repair, replacement, software, upgrade, networking and related services based on the customer request and the device condition observed during inspection.
Diagnosis & Approval
Estimated charges and repair recommendations may be shared after initial inspection. Work that involves additional parts or major changes may require customer approval before proceeding.
Customer Responsibility
Customers should provide correct contact information and accurately disclose known device issues, previous repairs, passwords where necessary and any urgent data concerns.
Data Backup
Customers are strongly advised to keep a complete backup before repair. TCS Pune is not responsible for data loss resulting from pre-existing drive failure, software corruption, malware, encryption, accidental deletion or unavoidable repair processes required to restore device function.
Payment
Repair, service, pickup/delivery and parts charges are payable as agreed. Devices may be retained until dues are cleared.
Parts & Availability
If replacement parts are required, delivery timelines may depend on supplier availability. Equivalent compatible parts may be suggested where original parts are unavailable.
Unclaimed Devices
Customers are requested to collect their repaired or non-repaired devices within a reasonable time after notification. Storage, handling or disposal action may apply to long-unclaimed devices after repeated contact attempts, subject to applicable law.
Warranty
Repair warranty, where applicable, is limited to the terms stated on the Repair Warranty Policy page and invoice/service record.
