Important: standard browser and generic Windows APIs do not reliably expose the negotiated USB-C PD PDO/contract on every laptop. V6.4 never invents voltage/current/wattage. A missing contract is reported as unverified, not silently assumed. USB-C PD meter/OEM telemetry can be entered or imported when available.
SSD / HDD / NVMe Pro
ReadyThese device-level values are intentionally companion/manual evidence; a web page cannot securely read SMART/NVMe telemetry or benchmark the raw system drive.

Scope: Browser RAM testing can detect corruption inside the allocated test buffer but cannot test every physical address used by Windows. The included PowerShell exporter is read-only and adds physical-drive reliability counters, DIMM inventory and recent Windows Memory Diagnostic results. For exhaustive RAM testing, bootable MemTest86/OEM diagnostics remain the appropriate workshop tool.

| Import TCS companion diagnostic JSON to load Windows Device Manager / driver inventory. | |||||||
No Device Manager evidence imported yet.
Companion-only: browsers cannot directly enumerate Windows Device Manager or trusted driver metadata. Import companion JSON containing device_manager.devices or drivers.devices/items. Device IDs remain in the current browser session; saved evidence stores only compact counts and a priority issue summary rather than the full inventory.

NOT RUN
Run must complete for automatic PassSafety: Browser storage uses a temporary origin-private file and deletes it after each cycle; it does not overwrite customer files. Browser CPU/GPU/RAM work is a functional stability load, not a replacement for MemTest86, OEM diagnostics or raw-drive surface testing. For CPU/GPU temperature, fan RPM, SMART and hardware throttling, import the TCS companion telemetry.

Workshop Evidence & Comparison
Optional technician evidence. Browser-only tests never claim SMART, battery cycles or temperatures without an external reading.

Automated QC Rules
Evidence is evaluated against the thresholds configured by TCS. Final results are re-checked on the server when saved.
A Warning does not block Final QC unless enabled in Settings. Any authorised staff override of an automatic result requires a note and is recorded in the saved QC snapshot.
Test Summary
Report & Actions
Browser APIs vary by device/browser. A technician should confirm any failed or unsupported test using workshop tools.
