Keep repair discussions useful, measurable and safe. These rules apply to questions, replies, images and attachments.

1. Be specific. Include the exact laptop model, motherboard/board number, symptom, error code and measurements when available.
2. Show evidence. State what you measured or tested before recommending component replacement.
3. Protect privacy. Do not publish passwords, BitLocker recovery keys, private customer details, serial numbers that should remain confidential, or private documents.
4. No spam or disguised advertising. Links must directly help answer the repair question.
5. Respect other contributors. Disagree with the diagnosis or measurement, not with the person.
6. Treat AI as assistance, not verification. TCS AI answers must still be checked against the exact board revision, measurements and verified repair evidence.
7. Use safe repair practice. Use appropriate current limits, ESD precautions and battery/mains safety. Do not present an unverified high-risk procedure as guaranteed safe.
